CBM2 Student to Attend KUMC OTD Program

Shalee MogCBM2 undergraduate student Shalee Mog is graduating from KU this spring with a major in Microbiology and minor in Spanish! Shalee will be attending the University of Kansas Medical Center (KUMC) next year for the Doctor of Occupational Therapy (OTD) program.

“I decided to enter this career path after shadowing an occupational therapist while I was in high school, who showed me the depth and variety in the day-to-day work that this career offers. OTD is a three-year program and I plan to move out of state to begin my career after that” said Shalee.

Shalee will have the opportunity to help a diverse number of patients through rehabilitation and development of movement in daily activities and may even choose to specialize in areas such as pediatrics or neurology.

Congratulations, Shalee! We wish you all the best and thank you for all your work in the CBM2 over past 4 years.
