Our Developments

Several pieces of open-source software have been developed by the Center for lab use, including:

• Stitching Macro in ImageJ
• Image Intensity Evaluation Macro for Chip Channel in ImageJ
• Resistive Pulse Sensing (RPS) data acquisition software for use with fluidic chips, written with LabView
• "Event Finder" - RPS data analysis in MATLAB
