NIH/NIBIB Website Highlights KU Research
University of Kansas researchers' development of a microfluidic device to diagnose and monitor multiple myeloma was highlighted in an article on the National Institute of Biomedical Imaging and Bioengineering (NIBIB) website July 18, 2018.
The research, which is funded by the NIBIB, is a low-cost, reusable system uses a few drops of blood to obtain results that would otherwise require a painful bone marrow extraction.
