CBM2 Welcomes Guests from Shimadzu

Yoshiaki Maeda, President of the Shimadzu Corporation's American Arm, Shimadzu Scientific Instruments, and his sales team paid a visit to the Lawrence campus this week. Dr. Soper joined Dean Arash Mafi, Associate Vice Chancellor Patricia Bergman, and Chancellor Douglas Girod in welcoming the team. During the meeting at Eaton Hall, the groups discussed current implementations of Shimadzu equipment in KU labs, such as at CBM², and future collaboration opportunities.
